Shipping & delivery:

Shipping and delivery is available across Australia. Shipping will be done with discrete packaging. Express delivery availability may change or may be discontinued at any time. Minimum order value per transaction for free delivery is $200. 

 

Priority benefits & online account: 

For automatic application of Priority Member benefits on every transaction, you need to have an online account (free) with Medisa. Account can be created online on Medisa website or call Medisa on 1300 721 733 / (02) 8311 0108. 

 

Eligible products: 

B. Braun reserves the right to change the list of eligible products without prior notice.  

 

Discount percentage & special member prices: 

Discount percentage / special member prices may change, added, reduced or removed from time to time.  

 

Environment sustainability:  

For every new member, B. Braun will make contribution towards planting 1 tree via ‘Carbon Neutral’. Environment sustainability policies may change at the discretion of B. Braun. 

 

Exclusive member service: 

Membership services may be modified, cancelled or terminated at the discretion of B.Braun. 

 

Hotline customer support: 

We strive to provide you with prompt & best customer service, the Hotline customer support depends on availability of staff. 

 

Product samples: 

If you wish to try the product before purchase, we are happy to ship free samples, but the quantity & frequency of these requests must be reasonable and within the definition of being a sample. 

 

Data & privacy:

By joining the Empower Program, you have agreed to share your data with distributor(s) for processing of orders & delivery.  

 

Sharing member ID: 

If member ID is shared, then the receiving person(s) is automatically bound by the same terms & conditions as outlined in this document.
