With the help of your urologist, you can choose the catheter that best suits your specific needs and daily activities. Whether it is the small Actreen® Mini range with 9 cm catheters or the Actreen® Hi-Lite range for women with 16 cm catheters – we want you to be able to self-catheterise at any time.
Both the Actreen® Mini and Actreen® Hi-Lite ranges offer catheters and catheter sets. If you want to be independent of toilets, e.g. during outdoor activities or simply to avoid public toilets, catheter sets may be a good option. In this case, the urinary catheter is sealed to a urine collection bag. This means that the urine can drain into the bag and be stored until the bag is emptied and disposed of at a more convenient time.
Our Actreen® catheters feature connectors in different colours. With these universal connectors, catheters can be connected to a urine bag. The colour denotes the external diameter of the respective catheter, which is measured according to the Charrière scale (CH). The catheter diameters and the colours are standardized. Catheters indicated for female use vary from CH06 to CH16 in size.
